What is the shipping time?
We will ship your order in an environmentally friendly manner within 5-8 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
With us, shipping is always free for you.

We deliver to USA, Canada, Australia, UK and Europe.

You have the choice between different payment options:

Do you also offer frames?
Absolutely. We provide optional premium wooden frames for each poster, available in black, white and natural wood look.
What happens if there is an error on the poster?
Unfortunately, we are often unable to make changes once your order has gone to print. Please check all information for accuracy and write to us immediately if you notice an error - before your order goes to print.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, after completing your order and payment, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you provided.
Returns & Exchanges
What do I do if my delivery is damaged?
In the event of a damaged delivery, we will usually send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us at hello@wellentine.de
Is there a right of return?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, personalized items are excluded.
