Shipping policy

1. When will the order arrive at my home?

After receipt of payment, your order usually takes 5 - 7 working days to be delivered to you (depending on your place of residence / registered office). In exceptional cases (high order volumes or special days such as Christmas, Easter etc.), delivery times are currently 6 - 8 working days. We will put your order into production within 24 hours of purchase to ensure an accelerated delivery process.

2. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will of course receive an individual tracking number by e-mail so that you can track your shipment.

3. What does shipping cost?

Express shipping is currently free of charge for you!

4. What shipping options are available?

We currently offer free express shipping. If you still can't wait for a delivery and are looking for a unique poster design, we recommend a digital, directly printable PDF version, if available. You can then simply print this out at home or in a store. You can also contact us for a digital version of your design.

5. I would like to send the order directly to the recipient. Can you send my package without an invoice?

We only send our invoice by email to the email address you provided when you placed your order. This way you can easily surprise your loved ones with a unique gift.

6. How will my order be packaged for shipping?

All our orders are securely packed in a suitable shipping box to ensure a smooth delivery.
